No. Sign up with just your email and create a username. You'll have 30 days to use all features before needing to add payment info.
You'll get a reminder email a few days before your trial ends. If you add payment info, you'll be charged $300 for the year. If you don't, your account will go read-only (you can view records but not add new ones). You can reactivate anytime.
Yes, and you should know now rather than at renewal. $300 is the 2026 rate. From January 2027 it is $400. Subscribe before the end of the year and your first year is $300.
Pomona is one person's work, and $300 doesn't cover what it costs to keep building it.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period, then your account becomes read-only. No refunds for partial years.
Per grower account. You can have unlimited farms, blocks, and crew members under one account. If you have multiple people who need their own login (like separate operations), each needs their own subscription.

Pomona was built for tree fruit (apples, pears, cherries, stone fruit). The spray log, IPM tools, and calibration wizard work for any orchard crop. Some IPM thresholds are apple-specific, but you can add your own.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and backed up nightly. We don't share or sell your data. It's yours.
